Located in north central Georgia, rich with early American history, is Olde Town Grayson.  In this simpler, satisfying lifestyle, you can let your car gather dust as you stroll to dinner or stop at the local coffee shop to visit with the locals.

Olde Town Grayson is a community for active, senior adults.  It is located 45 pleasant minutes northeast of Atlanta.  The first settlers arrived in the area in 1820.  The town was founded in 1879 and today covers 2 square miles and has a population of about 3,000. It was incorporated in 1907 and is governed by a mayor and 4 council members.

One of the many available options is a private, gated community.  You may select from available floor plans and build your own home or choose from a variety of move-in ready homes.  Cost of homes ranges from the low $200,000s to the low $300,000s.

Choices include homes with 2 to 4 bedrooms and 2 to 4 baths and floor plans ranging from 1800 to 3200 square feet.  As you might expect from a community of this quality, all exterior maintenance is included.

The private club house offers a gourmet kitchen, a fitness center and card room/Library.  The private swimming pool has a covered veranda and plenty of space for outdoor living.

Spacious porches provide lots of room for rocking chairs and covered patios provide comfortable shade for reading outdoors.

This is a very user-friendly, walkable community with sidewalks, creeks, and nature trails.  If you are a golf enthusiast you will appreciate the convenience of four nearby gold clubs.  Finding a golfing partner is an easy thing to do here.

Within an easy commute  you will find 2 medical centers, 3 libraries, and 8 parks, plus several malls and many restaurants.  There’s no reason to feel like you’re isolated, right?
